DetailsCommission an original custom watercolor painting of your home. My house renderings capture the distinctive traits of homes and their surroundings.
The examples listed above are some of my previous commissioned watercolor paintings. Each of the examples were painted on 140lb cold press watercolor paper.
Before placing your order, please e-mail a high-quality picture of the home that you would like to have painted to info [!at] mestudioart.com and I will contact you. Please keep in mind, if something is not shown in the photo provided, it will not be represented in the completed artwork however I am happy to work with you to create a one-of-a-kind painting.
We ship watercolor paintings wrapped in tissue, cardboard and a clear plastic sleeve to protect against potential outside elements. Please note that your painting will arrive unmatted and unframed. We will include helpful framing instructions and suggestions for displaying your custom painting.
Your painting will ship via UPS with insurance, if you are within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Please allow four to six weeks for completion of your custom painting, from the date the painting is officially commissioned.
The custom house renderings may not be copied, reproduced or resold without the artist’s permission. By purchasing this item, you agree to my shop policies. -

If you’re on the fence about a custom house portrait by Mary Evelyn, my advice is DO IT. You won’t regret it. She was a joy to work with from start to finish, was very attentive to detail and to my preferences on the painting. My in laws sold their home of 26 years to move into a retirement community and we had the painting done for them to take with them to the new place. It was worth every penny and the painting is amazing. Everything was shipped very well protected and I was like a kid on Christmas morning when the package arrived!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. This was such a wonderful and healing experience to work with Mary Evelyn. The piece she created for our mom of our childhood home is more than words can describe. She was so patient with me as I searched for photos to somehow give her a glimpse of what the house looked like. She considered all pictures and created a piece that is truly breathtaking. It was as if she had been to our childhood home. I had searched for someone to create such a piece and I'm so, so thankful to have found Mary Evelyn. So thankful from the bottom of our heart to have such a special piece of art to share with our mom. Our dad would be so proud of this gift. Thank you, again and again and again. ❤
