You can pay for your purchase via credit card, debit card, PayPal or Etsy Gift Cards.
Please note that once production is underway, for commissioned artwork, no further changes can be made, and your order cannot be cancelled.
If you are within the United States, your painting or print will ship via the USPS or UPS Ground, with insurance. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Please allow 1 to 2 business day for shipment of in stock prints and other completed artworks that are listed, on my site.
Please allow 1 week for shipment art prints, that will be professionally printed, for each order received.
Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for completion of your custom watercolor paintings or custom color pencil drawings, from the date the painting or drawing is officially commissioned (when your order has been placed).
Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for completion of your custom oil painting pet portrait, from the date the painting is officially commissioned (when your order has been placed).
Please note that your painting will arrive unmatted and unframed. We will include helpful framing instructions and suggestions, for displaying your custom painting.

Returns are not accepted, for custom pieces of art. A digital image of the completed custom artwork will be provided, for approval, before the the painting is shipped.
If damage occurs during shipment, a claim will be filed with USPS or UPS, depending on how the item was shipped. Photos that clearly show the extent of damage will be required so that the claim can be submitted. You will need to keep the package, since the USPS or UPS may require to pick-up the package for inspection. Please do not reship the package.
